DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY
At Big Buds Flowers, we take every step to ensure your floral arrangements arrive fresh and in perfect condition. To maintain our high standards, we manage our entire logistics chain in-house.
1. Dedicated Delivery & Proof of Receipt
- In-House Fleet: We use our own professional drivers and dedicated, climate-controlled vehicles to ensure all orders remain in pristine condition until they reach your door.
- Condition of Goods: All items are carefully prepared and inspected for quality before dispatch. Because we handle our own transport, we guarantee the highest level of care.
- Proof of Delivery (Mandatory): To ensure your order is successfully received, our delivery personnel require a Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt. This must be signed and confirmed by the customer or an authorized recipient at the time of delivery.
- Confirmation: After a successful delivery, a confirmation will be sent to the sender via WhatsApp and/or email.
2. Delivery Zones & Fees
We operate 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM. > Important: Our delivery service is exclusive to Dubai, UAE. We do not currently deliver to other Emirates or international locations.

3. Pickup & Order Changes
- Pickup Options: Same-day pickup is available at our shop. Orders are typically prepared within 1 hour.
- Order Modifications: To change a delivery address, contact details, or card message, please contact us at +971 509042120 or email bigbudsflowers@gmail.com at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.
4. Delivery Logistics & Failed Attempts
- Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not reachable, our team will contact both the sender and the recipient. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will return to our shop. Re-delivery can be arranged for a fee of AED 25.
- Unattended Delivery: Customers may authorize leaving flowers with a neighbor or at a reception desk by informing us during order confirmation.
PRICING, DESCRIPTION & BANKING COMPLIANCE
1. Pricing & Descriptions
Detailed descriptions and pricing for all products are mandatory inclusions on our website. The final total for your products will be clearly mentioned on the checkout page before payment is finalized.
2. Sanctioned Countries & Payment Restrictions
In compliance with international banking regulations and UAE law, Big Buds Flowers does not trade with, provide services to, or accept payments from sanctioned jurisdictions.
- Prohibited Regions: We do not accept orders from or deliver to: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Ukraine, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Syria, Myanmar, and Yemen.
- Payment Compliance: We do not process transactions via credit/debit cards issued from these countries or in their respective currencies.
